I am pleased to inform you that the Shire of Boyup Brook Council, unanimously approved the recommendation of our CEO Recruitment and Selection Committee to appoint Leonard Long as CEO.

Leonard is currently CEO with the Shire of Nungarin where he intends to work his 3 months notice meaning Leonard will commence in his role as CEO with the Shire of Boyup Brook on the 19th June 2023.

In the interim Arthur Kyron will continue as Acting CEO until Leonard commences duties with us at the Shire of Boyup Brook.

We look forward to welcoming Leonard, his wife Riekie and family into our community and as residents of Boyup Brook.
