RYLINGTON PARK TENDER UPDATE
Prospective tenderers for the lease of a portion of Rylington Park Farm are advised of the following updates to the tender process:
- Additional Site Inspection: Thursday 24 September 2026 at 10.30am (AWST)
- Close of Enquiries: Extended to Tuesday 29 September 2026
- Close of Tender Submissions: 3.00pm (AWST), Friday 9 October 2026
The additional site inspection provides a further opportunity for prospective tenderers to view the property and ensure they are clear on all aspects of the property that are included (and not included) in the potential lease arrangements.
If you have already attended the initial site inspection on 15 September, you are not required to attend the additional inspection, however are still welcome to attend.
For prospective tenderers who have not yet attended a site inspection, attendance at one of the scheduled inspections is mandatory. Attendees’ details will be collected at the site inspection and matched against submissions received at the close of tender. Failure to attend a mandatory site inspection will deem the tender submission as non-compliant and not eligible for consideration or award by Council.
Please note that the mandatory site inspection relates to the lease tender only. Prospective tenderers for the community cropping arrangement can view this element of the property by appointment by contacting Carolyn Mallett at the Shire.
