RFT 26/001 - Tender for the lease of a Portion of Rylington Park Farm

In accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Boyup Brook hereby advertises the intention to dispose of through public tender, a Portion of Rylington Park Farm by way of lease.

Address: Rylington Park Farm, 1437 Boyup Brook – Cranbrook Road, Scotts Brook, WA.

Submission closing date: 3:00 pm (AWST) 9 October 2026.

The Shire of Boyup Brook (Shire) invites Tenders from suitably experienced, structured and financially capable parties for the lease of a portion of the Property, known as Rylington Park Farm for the purpose of primary production (Lease Area).

The Shire is seeking a lessee who can demonstrate:

  • relevant agricultural experience and capability;
  • financial capacity to undertake and sustain farming operations;
  • structurally sound and effective management / organisational characteristics;
  • sound land stewardship and farm management practices;
  • compliance with applicable legislative and biosecurity requirements; and
  • a commitment to maintaining and enhancing the long-term productivity, condition and value of Rylington Park.

Tenderers are expected to demonstrate how their proposed operations align with the objectives of The Charter of Rylington Park Institute for Agricultural Training and Research (Charter) which is attached as Appendix D and support the ongoing management and strategic purpose of the Property.
