Medical Practice Nurse

Hours Negotiable – Immediate Start

Are you a part time nurse or shift worker? Have you considered working a couple of days a month in a medical practice to supplement your income and vary your workload? If so, this is the position for you!

A unique opportunity has become available for a part time Nurse, AHPRA registered, to join the Shire of Boyup Brook Medical Services team to assist in the provision of high quality patient care to our community.

About the Practice

Boyup Brook Medical Services is an accredited, mixed billing practice, dedicated to providing high quality patient services and supporting community health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities (in liaison with the General Practitioners):

• Deliver high quality nursing services to our patients
• Prepare and conduct health assessments
• Develop and support the delivery of chronic disease management plans
• Assist in the facilitation of patient wellness clinics
• Collaborate with general practitioners and allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
