Part Time Position

A unique opportunity to contribute to an operational farm and educational facility gifted to the Shire of Boyup Brook in 1985 by the late Mr Eric Farleigh!
Shire of Boyup Brook are seeking a part time Farm Hand for Rylington Park. This flexible position is offered at 2-3 days per week.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work close to home, be part of a team environment and be involved with Farming improvement methods.
The position is responsible for operating plant and equipment, pasture and livestock production and management (including cropping trials), pest control, fencing and water management and general labouring duties to assist the Farm Manager to ensure the farm management tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
The below experience will be highly considered:
• operating plant and equipment (preferred but not essential)
• farm hand duties
• knowledge and understanding of health and safety relevant to work activities
• current White Card – Construction WA
• current Drivers Licence (HR preferred)
Training will be provided to the successful candidate.
This position commences at Level 4 classification and rate will be dependent upon qualifications and experience.
