Boyup Brook Medical Services is seeking an enthusiastic Nurse Practitioner or Registered Practice Nurse (AHPRA Registered) to join our friendly, supportive and professional team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about rural health and enjoys working collaboratively to deliver high quality, patient-centred care that makes a real difference to the health and wellbeing of our community.
About the Practice
Boyup Brook Medical Services is an AGPAL accredited, fully bulk billing general practice committed to providing accessible, high quality healthcare in a welcoming rural environment.
About the Role
Working closely with our General Practitioner/s, you will:
- Deliver high quality nursing care to patients
- Conduct health assessments and preventative health activities
- Develop and support Chronic Disease Management Plans
- Assist with health promotion and patient wellness clinics
- Work collaboratively with GPs and allied health professionals to provide coordinated patient care
About You
You will be an AHPRA registered Nurse Practitioner or Registered Nurse who has:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate and patient focused approach
- The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organisational skills and a commitment to continuous professional development
