Update on 2025/2026 Rates Notices
The Shire of Boyup Brook has recently moved to a new operating system, and with that change, a few hiccups have occurred on this year’s rates notices.
The main difference you may notice is that some lot/location numbers aren’t showing and for some pensioner notices, there have been issues such as:
- Rebates not appearing
- Deferred amounts showing as overdue
- Interest being charged on deferred amounts
These errors are being worked on with the software company, with most already fixed. If you would like to have your rates notice re-issued, please contact the Shire by email [email protected] or phone 9765 1200.
