Our Community Matters with the Shire President and CEO
Have a question, idea or something you’d like to discuss about your community?
Join Shire President Helen O’Connell and CEO Leonard Long for Our Community Matters, a monthly opportunity for residents to speak directly with Shire leadership in an informal and welcoming setting.
These sessions are designed to encourage open conversation, share updates, and provide a chance for community members to raise local issues, ask questions, or simply stay informed about what’s happening in our Shire.
First session:
Wednesday 8 July
9.00am – 10.00am
Council Chambers conversation table – 55 Abel Street, Boyup Brook
Ongoing sessions will be held on the first Wednesday of every month, alternating between:
• 9.00am – 10.00am (September, November)
• 5.00pm – 6.00pm (August, October, December)
No agenda. No formal presentations. Just open conversation and community connection.
