Expressions of Interest – Medical Services Governance Committee
Help Shape the Future of Medical Services in Boyup Brook
The Shire of Boyup Brook is seeking Expressions of Interest from two community members to join the newly established Medical Services Governance Committee.
The Committee has been established by Council to provide strategic advice and governance oversight for the Boyup Brook Medical Service, supporting its long-term sustainability and helping to ensure it continues to meet the health needs of our community.
We are seeking community members who have an interest in local healthcare and can contribute constructively to discussions about the future direction of medical services in Boyup Brook.
Community representatives will:
- Provide a community perspective on medical service delivery.
- Contribute to strategic planning and governance discussions.
- Support the ongoing sustainability of local medical services.
- Work collaboratively with Councillors, medical practitioners and Shire officers.
It is anticipated the Committee will meet quarterly, with additional meetings convened if required.
Eligibility
Applicants should:
- Be a resident of the Shire of Boyup Brook, with a strong connection to the community.
- Have an interest in supporting accessible and sustainable local healthcare.
- Be able to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality where required.
