2021/2022 FINANCIAL YEAR

Pursuant to Section 5.29(1)(a) of the Local Government Act 1995, notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of Electors of the Shire of Boyup Brook will be held on Thursday, 15 June 2023 in the Council Chambers commencing at 6.00pm.

The Order of Business will be as follows:-

1. Attendance & Apologies

2. Confirmation of Previous Minutes
    Minutes of the Annual Electors Meeting held on 27 October 2022.

3. Adoption of the Annual report and Financial Statements for the 2021/2022 Financial Year.

4. Adoption of the 2021/2022 Auditor’s Report

5. Adoption of the Shire President’s Report

6. Adoption of the CEO’s Report

7. General Business or Other Business at the discretion of the Shire President or as approved by the Electors present.

8. Closure
