Works & Services Administration Officer – Full Time 

The Shire of Boyup Brook is offering a unique opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our Works and Services Team. 

This challenging role is responsible for supporting the Manager Works & Services by coordinating a range of administrative activities (including procurement, creditor processing, records management and customer service), that contribute to the delivery of the Council’s operations and strategic Capital works within the Community. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to work close to home, be part of a team environment and be involved with Community improvements.

Applicants should possess the following qualities:

  • Highly developed written communication and business administration skills
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills and ability to relate to a wide range of customers
  • Highly developed computer literacy skills in MS Office
  • Ability to manage initiatives and projects of competing priorities and varying complexity
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Good problem-solving skills and willingness to work within Local Government Policies and procedures
  • Strong focus on Work Health & Safety
  • Desire to work within a team to contribute to the successful delivery of community programs.
