GENERAL HAND - WORKS - (PLANT OPERATOR) – CASUAL

Immediate Start

The Shire of Boyup Brook is seeking Plant and Equipment Operators with a ‘can do’ attitude to join our Works team. The position is responsible for operating trucks, plant and equipment and manual labouring duties to ensure the Works Program - road construction and maintenance are completed efficiently and to a high standard. The position is casual, with the potential to be full time.

The successful applicant will possess the following attributes;

  • ability to work as part of a team and autonomously in line with Councils Values to achieve best maintenance outcomes throughout the Shire of Boyup Brook
  • practical knowledge in use of plant and equipment required of the position
  • knowledge and understanding of health and safety relevant to work activities
  • current White Card – Construction WA
  • Current Drivers Licence HR or HC preferred

This position is classified Level 4 and rate will be dependent upon qualifications and experience.
