Shire of Boyup Brook – adjacent to Wilga townsite

 

The Shire of Boyup Brook has received a development application proposing to develop approximately 275 hectares of Pine softwood within the Shire of Boyup Brook.

Lot No’s: 11820, 2945, 2944, 3944 and 2, adjacent to Wilga townsite area      

Plans and documents setting out and explaining the development application have been deposited at 55 Abel Street, Boyup Brook and can also be viewed by clicking HERE

Submissions on the development application may be lodged in writing on or before Thursday, 23rd March 2023 and should include the name and address of the person making the submission and details of the property affected.

To ensure concerns and aspirations are understood and considered, Shire Officers are available to explain the development application and to answer questions (Contact: Adrian Nicoll 0408 777 010 or email anicoll@plancreate.com.au)

The Shire propose to ensure that concerns and aspirations are directly reflected in a schedule of submissions which is presented to the Shire Council.
