ANNUAL MEETINGS OF ELECTORS
2022/2023 FINANCIAL YEAR
Pursuant to Section 5.29(1)(a) of the Local Government Act 1995, notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of Electors of the Shire of Boyup Brook will be held in the Council Chambers, 55 Abel Street, Boyup Brook at 5.30pm on 27 June 2024.
The Order of Business will be as follows:-
- Confirmation of Minutes from previous Annual General Meeting held 15 June 2023.
- Receiving Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2023.
- General business (Prior notice of issues to be raised to be given to the Chief Executive Officer in writing by 21 June 2024 to Shire of Boyup Brook, PO Box 2, Boyup Brook WA 6244.)
