NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Annual Electors’ Meeting will be held in the Council Chambers, Abel Street, Boyup Brook, on Thursday, 27 October 2022 at 5.00pm.

The Meeting Agenda order of business is:-

• Attendance & Apologies
• Confirmation of Minutes from previous AGM held 27th October 2021.
• Receiving Annual Report for the year ended 30th June 2021.
• General business (Prior notice of issues to be raised to be given to the Chief Executive Officer in writing by 24th October 2022 to Shire of Boyup Brook, PO Box 2, Boyup Brook WA 6244.)

Copies of the Annual Report 2020/21 are available at the Shire Office.
