What is WISE?

WISE (Weekly Information and Seniors Exercise) is a weekly one hour exercise class that focuses on a healthy and active body in a fun and social atmosphere for people 55+. 

WISE classes will continue 2nd July and 9th July

The WISE program, February - June, was made possible with thanks to a grant from the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries Seniors Activation Program and was proudly supported by the CRC and the Shire of Boyup Brook. The program has received fantastic community support and will continue on Tuesday 2nd and 9th of July. There will be a break Tuesday 16th of July and information about the continuation of the program will be available at the end of July.
